If you order from a country that is part of the European Union, prices include Danish VAT at 25%. For all countries outside the EU, local charges such as import duties and/or sales tax may apply. These charges are at your expense and we recommend you to contact your local customs office for more information.

All domestic orders are shipped at a minimum fee of 6€.
The shipping costs for orders shipped outside Denmark is minimum 29 euro and ranging up depending on shipping location.

All our shipments are send with GLS or UPS from our warehouse or office in Denmark. We strive to ship as soon as possible. Louise Roe Aps cannot be held responsible if GLS or UPS is delayed.

If you do not pick up your package in the selected GLS package shop in time or if GLS or UPS failed to deliver at the address, we will receive your package back and all costs will be held at your expense.

Delivery times vary depending on the country and customs issues and are therefore only indicative. In addition Louise Roe Aps reserves the right to delay any order due to payment validation checks.

Delivery time is usually 1-3 days in Denmark and 2-5 within and outside of Europe
