RETURN & EXCHANGE

When purchasing from www.louise-roe.com, Louise Roe ApS gives you a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day of delivery.

If you wish to request a refund, you must notify us within 14 days by contacting our customer service or by submitting a withdrawal request through the link available in the website footer or on your account page. Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item.

Returned items should be in their original condition. If the product has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, we reserve the right to reduce the refund to reflect any diminished value.

Return shipping costs, including any duties and taxes, are at your expense and your risk. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. When you exercise your right of withdrawal, the original outbound shipping costs will be refunded only where required by consumer protection legislation.

Once we have received your returned item, we will refund you using the original payment method within 14 days. Please note that the return address is:

WARRANTY

Louise Roe ApS trades under Danish consumer protection law as administered by Forbrugerstyrelsen. This means you can file a complaint regarding defects that appear within 24 months after purchase.

This does not apply to defects, damage, or wear caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, or normal wear and tear.

Louise Roe ApS does not cover the shipping cost of a complaint.
